  • Honor Roll Breakfast

  • A breakfast honoring all Culler students who have all As, or a combination of all As and Bs will be invited with their parents/guardians to a breakfast on Monday, February 11 at 7:30 a.m. in Culler‚Äôs Media Center. An invitation for the Honor Roll Breakfast will be distributed to students at the CRC held on Friday, February 8.

  • Book Fair Coming to Culler

  • The Book Fair will be open during both nights of Parent Teacher Conferences. Monday, February 18 (4:30-6:30 p.m.) and Tuesday, February 19 (3:30-5:30 p.m.). Students will also have opportunity to go to the Book Fair during the school day.
  • Friendship Group forming!

  • See Mrs. Robinson, in the Counseling Center, if you are interested in becoming a member of one of three friendship groups forming. These groups will be run by peer facilitators.
  • Culler Students Place 3rd at Science Quiz Bowl!

  • Congratulations to members of Culler‚Äôs Science Quiz Bowl team who placed 3rd at the Quiz Bowl. The team was edged out of the championship round by Gretna with the last question. Gretna later lost to Lux in a tie-breaker question. Culler‚Äôs team came very close to winning the event! Culler 8th grade student, Erica Pribil, won the Science Smart Award for individually answering 33 questions correctly! Way to go!
  • Targeted Guided Study (TGS)

  • Today you may be receiving a letter in this mailing to inform you about Culler Middle School‚Äôs TGS program. Culler‚Äôs TGS program is FREE to students and offers your child support in reading and/or math. Culler‚Äôs first semester preliminary data indicates that students who attended TGS regularly, during first semester, had improved grades and were better prepared to meet state standards. Please visit with your child about their assignment to TGS. Your support is greatly appreciated!
